Countdown to the conference

Background and Focus

Within any organization, the significance of Knowledge Management (KM) cannot be overstated when it comes to disseminating and ingraining best practices, competitive intelligence, and the sharing of pivotal business decisions – all of which are instrumental for achieving success.

Specialised knowledge management applications, particularly in the realm of enterprise market and competitive intelligence research portals, play a crucial role. However, these applications necessitate specific capabilities in content management, search functionality, distribution channels, and the incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI)-based machine learning. Thus, the evolution of modern technologies has rendered KM indispensable in forging strategic and systematic processes for market and competitive intelligence, and enhancing and improving internal processes and communication, facilitated by the integration of effective tools and technologies.

This conference serves as an ideal platform to stay abreast of developments in the KM marketplace, offering insights into steering towards:

  • Digital Transformation
  • Fostered Collaboration
  • Enhanced User Experience (UX)

Some of the benefits of attending include:

  • Presentations from experts and thought leaders guide and show you what to do. Put your challenges and questions to them and learn how to discover how to categorise, organise, and discover enterprise knowledge and build and develop a KM team
  • This conference is valuable for executives and IT professionals wanting to understand, structure and exploit their enterprise’s knowledge – for reasons such as improved efficiency and operations, better understanding of data, identifying commercial opportunities. It is relevant for private and public sector organisations.
  • This event is highly beneficial to professionals wanting to grow their careers, drive change and learn how to lead a team.
  • At this event we are introducing the popular ‘roundtable’ group discussions for in-depth knowledge-sharing and sharing insights and industry trends. This session is for thirty minutes. Multiple roundtable sessions take place concurrently.
  • Meet and network with like-minded professionals and learn from their experiences.
