Case Study: Do we really need a team coach?
Malvern Panalytical are a world leading supplier of analytical instrumentation, with software delivery teams in the UK, The Netherlands, Portugal and North America. They have a great deal of experience with Lean & Agile principles & practices, including in-house consultancy. However, in 2019, they decided to appoint Pete George as a dedicated Scrum Master, to explore the benefit of having a coach working as part of the delivery team. This presentation describes the results, so far, and highlights some of the benefits of an embedded team coach/Scrum Master more generally.
