As a Women in Tech Excellence Awards 2020 finalist, Iwona has a track record of building and developing high-performing teams to successfully deliver critical products and services in the public and private sectors. Having worked on products, digital services and multi-national programmes across the world, she brings her 15 years’ experience working in the tech industry helping organisations achieve their desired outcomes and find better ways of working.
As a former UK civil servant, she has supported cross-government digital transformation and EU exit programme across different government departments.
Iwona is a finalist of the 2020 Tech Excellence Awards, agile and business change practitioner, trainer, facilitator, coach and speaker.
In her free time, she organises events within the London Chapter of the Agnostic Agile global movement.
