Breaking the Code: Solving the network configuration dilemma through continuous integration
If your network team isn’t among a majority of network developers using Continuous Integration, why not? The concept of Network as Code is based on the idea of storing all network configurations in a Version Control System (VCS) that manages and tracks changes in the network. See how a system can store all network configurations and act as the Single Source of Truth for the configurations. The goal will be to create a complete environment that demonstrates the benefits across the whole network.

In this session, we will look at how network configuration changes are proposed in code branches, just like software and when the changes are ready, the development branch will go through an approval process before it is merged with the main branch and production ready. You will get to know the real benefits of NetDevOps and CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Delivery) and how a build server can automatically deploy and test the proposed configurations in testing, staging and production environments.
