As a Women in Tech Excellence Awards 2020 finalist for Woman of the Year, Iwona has a track record of building and developing high-performing teams to successfully deliver critical products and services in many industries including public sector, hospitality, and finance. As a former UK civil servant, she has supported cross-government digital transformation and EU exit programme across different government departments.

When embarking on a digital transformation journey, it’s been acknowledged that not only technology but also people and process side of delivery needs to change.
